New carpet was just installed in September 2009; and the roof was new earlier this year. Hunter-Douglas window treatments on all upstairs windows are an expense you won't have! The decor is all tasteful and the present owners have added wood floors in the kitchen, gas logs (w/remote control!) in the fireplace, and recently upgraded many of the light fixtures. As you walk through, please notice the views from upstairs over the back yard and pond. The sitting room, or office feature, in the master bedroom is a very flexible-use feature. The neighborhood offers wonderful quality of life: pools even have waterslides! Biking and walking trails abound. There is a private boat launch ramp and secure boat storage area.
